- Strategic campus recruitment to attract the right talent
- Rotational assignments based on business needs to broaden commercial experience & connection
- Robust program management to build the solid GE DNA and leadership foundation
- Will offer meaningful assignments in different commercial roles, which cover different products/ regions/ customers in China. The working locations of most CLPs will target at 2nd tier cities in China.
- Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs
- Build strong relationship with customers, KOLs, experts under different sales scenario.
- Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.
- Frequent business travel is required.
- Fresh bachelor/master graduates, major in Medical related majors is preferred.
- Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.
- Geographic mobility all over China; Willing to travel.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.
- Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.
- Fluent in English.
