- 3.Proven experience in leading complex change activities (e.g. cultural transformation, post-merger integration or turnaround);
- 4.Brings a strong goal / KPI orientation combined with a solid financial and business knowledge;
- 5.Experience with footprint optimization is a plus;
- 6.Experience in leading roles with P&L responsibility within international companies (MNC);
- Education:
- Degree in engineering or related technical discipline
