- Define Healthcare product strategy and roadmap;
- Define product specifications;
- Commit (to customer) for non-standard product features;
- Assess and implement product life cycle initiatives;
- Prepare – together with Operations – operational process flow for products;
- Escalation level for technical and product related TnC's/SOW (within CPI);
- Analyze and report product/technology trends;
- Be an expert with respect to competition;
- Assist in price setting to meet revenue and profitability goals (lead);
- Develop sales tools and collateral (product);
- Determine competitive product strategies;
- Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, Manufacturing and operations to develop and provide product definitions customer needs and market opportunities.

Responsible to support the organisation and the partners/customers with expert know-how on the Barco products through training, demo's or the development of sales tools that support the conversations throughout the sales journey. As the liaison between Sales and Product Management/marketing, collect key customers and user insights and feed them back to the product base.
Responsibilities:
Education:
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of business, marketing, engineering or related field
Experience:
- 5 – 8 years of experience in related fields;
- In depth experience in product management or equivalent experience set;
- Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology;
Competencies:
- Technical & product knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communications skills in both Chinese and English (oral & written)
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
