Job Summary
We're looking for a Senior Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai.We're committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as an RKAM with management responsibilities for more than five people.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities,
a good understanding of medical markets in China,
and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual KA team access strategies
to ensure product success rates at target hospitals with clinical orders. - Aid KAMs push formal hospital access or temporary sampling processes
by providing solutions for cooperation with key decision departments such as hospital administration, medicine department,
materia medica department and medicine reimbursement office.
