- Review and record AP invoices in Oracle.
- Prepares audit deliverables to assist with annual statutory audit.
- Prepares responsible reconciliation, focusing on identifies, researches, and resolves variances. Identify alternative solutions to prevent continued issues.
- Prepares AP-related reports as needed.
- Setting up and maintaining vendor records, researching vendor payment histories, and special projects as needed.
- Check and apply AR.
- Gather information as required for expat, payroll, and lease.
- Manage corporate credit card.
- Complete adhoc tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.
- Bachelor's degree, major in finance or accounting.
- English communicate skill.
- Relevant experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skill and a teamwork attitude.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Proficient with Oracle and Concur preferred.

Job Summary

Fully responsible for managing the accounts payable transactions for multiple firms, which including reviewing and recording all AP related transactions in a timely and accurate manner, collaborating with the team to ensure the month-end closing process is completed efficiently, preparing reports and schedules as required, and assisting with any audits related to AP, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth AP process.
