- Cash Statement Posting
- Provide audit informational supporting (external/SOX) for cash balance confirmations, bank statements, and reconciliation report request
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Provide Asia cash balance and bank recon report
- Execute monthly closing for cash module
- Process documentation creation & update
- College or university degree in finance/accounting
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience mandatory)
- Analytical mindset; use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into their constituents parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyze problems to arrive to an appropriate solution
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills: can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing.
