- As product manager to develop leadership development products including develop & iterate products out of user needs, align and coordinate with stakeholders from both headquarters and regional organizations in terms of leadership concept, learning resource sourcing, trainer management, local adaptation, satisfaction check etc.
- Support leadership CPE to create and grow local leadership development community to exchange good practices and workout leadership toolbox.
- Support leadership CPE to corporate with global team to optimize learning culture for leaders.
- Coordinate Bosch China club activities yearly strategy and key initiatives, incl. organize coaching online/offline events, summarize coaching best practices, contribute on coaching product development.
- Cooperate with other PMs and learning consultants to fulfil business needs, incl. proposal design, customized training program design, feedback tracking.
- High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)
- Around 3 years experiences in product development and management area (prefer training area), competent in instructional design and development
- Passionate and influential personality
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Good presentation skill and data analysis skill
