- Drive business planning, forecasting and follow-up process from legal entity and division perspective
- Support business activities and decision making in financial issues–business cases, projects, investments
- Review business activities to detect problems and find opportunities in cost saving and productivity improving
- Ensure Division's operation complies with legislations and corporate policies
- Evaluate and follow-up investments
- Conduct and communicate financial analysis and reporting with relevant stakeholders (monthly, quarterly) for legal entity and division as well
- Ad-hoc support
- Bachelor degree or relevant and professional accounting qualifications eg ACCA, CPA preferred.
- 5 years above working experience in finance function in multi-national company, at least 3 years as finance or business analyst
- Strong communication skills and good at building relationship
- Fast learner and good team player with integrity;
- Be able to work independently and under high pressure;
- Knowledge of ERP and computers (SAP, Ms office: Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau etc.);
- Good command of written/oral English, fluent in Mandarin.
