    Efficiently respond to inbound Member servicing calls within a timely manner

    Efficiently respond to inbound WeChat Member servicing platform within a three-hour turnaround

    Efficiently respond to Member Servicing inbox – China within a three-hour turnaround

    CWA new member report

    IHC Private new member report

    Japan new member report

    Re-sale Private new member report

    MS activity daily report

    Member online booking report, make reservations for members and send confirmation.

    – Reservation report. Send arrival / departure SMS to members according to the report.

    MS activity monthly report

    -Courier service for new member pack, gifts, and internal needs.

    -Assist MS Specialists / Team Leader / Manager with their tasks.

    Any other duties as required and/or directed by Manager

    KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

    2-3 years' experience in customer focused roles within real-estate, tourism, education and or travel industries in sales positions.

    Good computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
