Your role:

• Closely support to drive compliance in your respective compliance subcommittee and business in playing a critical role in the designing, executing, and monitoring of all compliance initiatives in the subcommittee.
• Be involved in spotting the compliance gap in the business, finding practical solutions through strong analysis and balance weighing.
• Develop your overall capability in project management to handling all challenges in the day-to-day life, through close collaboration with top management team and key stakeholders in your respective subcommittee/business.

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, experience in compliance or internal control would be a plus.

Strong project management experience and analytical skills

Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to gain respect of senior management.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Highly motivated and able to manage in a changing environment.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with people at all levels.

Comfortable working in a team and independently, willing and able to take on responsibility.
