Responsibilities
• 遵守并执行公司相关规定、制度;落实安全职责。
• 重视安全生产,组织安全自查或与有关部门进行安全生产检查,发现问题及时采取各种有效措施,消除事故隐患。
• 依据公司战略方针,完成公司与部门的质量、环境以及职业健康安全目标。
• 负责新产品引进。
• 负责中试釜的安全生产运行。
• 负责本部门相关区域文件的起草/修订以及文件管理工作。
• 监督负责现场5S的管理。
• 协调执行生产相关MOC,制定MOC方案、风险评估和改造计划。
• 确保负责的相关操作规程得到审核批准,并得到严格执行。
• 协调或负责部门间及部门内部相关生产工作。
Requirements
• 本科以上学历,化工相关专业背景。
• 4年以上化工生产管理相关经验。
• 有工艺优化,精益生产经验。
• 具备新产品中试生产管理经验优先。
• 精细化工背景优先考虑。
