- Maintain zero injury and PSI in operating plants
- Support the implementation of the group policy, the corporate strategies, action plans, standards and the compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist the line management to achieve compliance with corporate, divisional and company standards
- Support ESHA manager to manage site production people & contractors' safety
- Manage Site safe work permits in a good shape
- Involve safety incident investigation according to clariant guidelines and procedures
- Report, handle the safety deviations and unsafe conditions, and personal unacceptable behaviours, conduct the root cause investigation for those high potential risk cases
- Provide the applicable safety instruction and disciplines to guide operators
- Monitor, analyse and control the operating performance and trend within appropriate ranges. Conduct the check for the safety conditions ensure the reliabilities for production and maintenance
- Maintain the close and good relationship with internally such as productions, ESHS departments, Maintenance departments, and with externally such as 3rd parties, EM authorities.
- Provide the necessary data to Site ESHA department when needed, work with Site SEO to complete monthly, quarterly, and annually report both for authorities and for company.
- Maintain routine performance feedback to Site ESHA Manager, advise and propose the improvement opportunities for operating plants
- Maintain good team works with other departments.
- Chemical or process technology Subject in College or university
- 3 years or above in chemical plant taking production shift leader or engineer role, familiar with operating activities and management experience in a shift scale.
- 3 years or above in safety management
- Holding safety management certificate at least, National registered Chemical Safety Engineer is preferred,
- Familiar with regulation on safety is preferred, such Safety Law, GB30871
- Good skill in Microsoft and communication skill
