- University degree and excellent academic record required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of IT technical design and implementation experience
- 3+ years of working in a regulated or controlled IT environment
- Proven experience in mainstream cloud platform administration and engineering (IaaS or/and PaaS), e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.
- Intermediate level skills in Windows or Linux OS
- Experience in building and updating images (Server, Workstation, VDI)
- Scripting, automation, and API coding, e.g. Cloud IaC, Powershell, Python, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Office365 administration and engineering, mainstream VDI solutions, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware, etc.
- Expertise in system monitoring, SharePoint/Power Platform development and engineering
- Prior experience in Identity Access Management tools, e.g. AAD, AWS IAM, OKTA, Sailpoint, Beyond Trust, etc.
- Should have knowledge in DevOps CI/CD pipeline tools, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Tencent WeCom solution
- Knowledge of software deployment (Windows, iOS) and building associated software market
- Knowledge of mainstream cyber security solutions, e.g. enterprise DLP, SASE, SOAR, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), etc.
- Good understanding of cyber security and compliance-related requirements and activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in Chinese & English
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Ability to quickly adopt the new technological stack
- IT industry certification by Microsoft, Google, AWS etc. is a plus
