    Purpose of the position

    The role of the Industrial Engineer is to maintain and develop current industrial engineering methods and run improvement projects for industrial productivity and cost down.

    Responsibilities & key activities required in the position


    • Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods, technology for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.


    • Analyze, develop manufacturing processes to drive and follow up manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative, and competitive processes


    • Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; design FLOW standards by suing LEAN methodology, define production methods, technology, plant layout, line level layout, material replenishment and material utilization.


    • Conducts the cost studies to determine the most competitive supply chain integration and initiate the improvement projects for manufacturing cost competitiveness.


    • Leverage Lean Engagement and Digital Thinking & Acting as disruptive


    • Support NPCI and change management in unit

    4. Competences required in the position requirement:

    Bachelor's degree and major in industrial engineering or equivalent Good communication ability of Mandarin and English Good PC skills including Auto CAD and Visual Components software is preferred. Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility, open-minded, positive as necessary

    Professional Requirements:

    With project experience Experience in SAP operation Knowledge of lean production Understanding of quality tools such as PFMEA/CP/SPC/MSA/Six sigma excel macros, plus points English reading and writing ability Good communication skills
