- 按照公司招标的SOP流程,在全国商务及招标总监的领导下,在招标总监的业务指导下,支持各地投标工作,管理招标流程、维护招标系统;
- 积极主动地配合各地招标经理和商务经理的招投标工作,根据其要求及时、准确地提供各招标项目需要的资料,并协调各部门准备完整的招标文件和申述资料,必要时亲自送达;
- 协助各招标经理和商务经理的网上信息维护,双重复核网上信息和报价;
- 协助各招标经理和商务经理办好外部的招标会议,内部的各省跨部门的招标小组沟通会;
- 协调公司内各相关部门,维护并及时更新各产品资料和JV工厂的投标资质,汇总投标信息;
- 协调各进口商的投标部门,提供并及时更新的产品资料,定期收集各进口商的投标信息汇总表;
- 收集并汇总每一个招标项目的周进程、招标分析表、中标价格汇总表、招标预测及新产品进度表、招标项目进展月报;
- 根据新的要求,设计更好的报表系统和供内部交流的招标资料;
- 更新商务部手册、招标小卡片和招标手册;
- 计算各招标经理和商务经理的招标奖金;
- 对中标情况进行整理统计分析,做好信息的管理归档,了解相关行业、竞品中标情况,为公司提供决策依据;
- 完成与招标有关的其他事宜;
- 配合、落实上级主管交付的其他各项工作;
