岗位描述
1. 和Zoom 全球产品团队及内部业务团队一起制定项目计划,完成需求分析设计以及创建具体开发任务,能完成跨团队协调来推进计划按时保质交付;
2. 能够独立完成相关产品技术架构的设计;
3. 具备很强的代码编写能力,能独立完成高难度任务的开发工作,以及解决开发过程中和线上的技术难题;
4. 能够识别服务产品架构中存在的风险,并能够制定优化方案以及推动落实;
5. 能够对项目产品以及技术路线的创新持续作出贡献。
任职要求:
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,5年以上Java开发经验;
2. Java基础扎实,深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理,深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景;熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案
3. 熟练掌握Spring,Spring Boot,Spring Cloud,MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用,深入了解其原理和实现机制;
4. 熟练使用Linux,Nginx,Tomcat等进行开发和调优;
5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优,熟悉DynamoDB,MongoDB等NoSQL数据库;
6. 熟悉Memcached,Redis,Kafka,ES等中间件的使用;
7. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力,积极主动,执行力强,责任心强;
8. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力,适应全英文工作环境;
9. 具备英文流利沟通能力是加分项。
