- Proceed payment in online banking per payment requirement.
- Follow the established guidelines and procedures to perform accurately payment process, and record incoming and outgoing cash or credit card transaction.
- Reconcile the balance with bank and SAP booking every month.
- Payment document filing timely.
- In charge of the SAFE system to ensure the accuracy.
- Communicate with cross team to ensure receiving and payment posting exactly and timely
- Other ad-hoc requirements.
