    Job Description


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing General Ledger parts includes journal entries posting and perform business/cost review and day-to-day accounting operations to ensure financial statement is accurate
    • Provide monthly transaction inputs to perform month end close process
    • Responsible for the monthly closing to complete global reporting submission
    • Deliver financial reporting timely and analyze financial reporting result to meet the corporate reporting requirements and statutory accounting principles
    • Complete account reconciliation and upload into Blackline system
    • Works with various accounting and reporting systems, such as SAP and CFIN to accomplish tasks and must be able to manipulate and organize data for effective presentation
    • Analyzes data and translates into meaningful information. Provides management and financial statement users with relevant, comparable, and accurate data for decision making
    • Prepare financial statement analysis report and do monthly review with local controller
    • Provides support to Business / Operations, including reporting analysis, cost center analysis
    • Complete local statutory report monthly use Hit point system and kinds of local statistics reports
    • Prepare PwC audit pre-adjustment package and work with audit firm to complete annual local statutory audit, work together with tax team to complete annual tax filling and tax.
    • Adheres to internal control policies and procedures
    • Other work arrangements and ad hoc requests

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with Accounting major
    • 2+ years accounting experience in manufacturing environment, preferred in multinational companies
    • Good language skill in English, both speaking and writing
    • Strong communications skills to work with others within and outside finance team, across functions and countries, work together with various business partners
    • Knowledgeable of variance analysis and management reporting
    • Hands on experience with SAP, Excel and MS office
    • Self-motivated, proactive and able to take pressure
    • Quick learner, proactive with good team work & collaboration who is able to adapt to changing and pressure environment
    • CPA/ACCA/CMA etc. is preferred
