- Develop, maintain and improve relations with existing and potential customers in the responsible area/province.
- Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
- Create, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.
- Initialize customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
- Monitor the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
- Present and explain the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.
- Supporting sales team to meet the OIT and Sales Target;
- Setting up marketing strategy for responsible product line depend on competitor environment and customer needs.
- Supporting local area sales team set up general and area marketing strategy.
- Leading train Philips sales product knowledge and competitor analysis.
- Local new product launch and important seminar.
- VIP luminary research collaboration and supporting to promote Philips new technology clinical benefits.
- 8+ years sales experiences in Oncology industry.
- Good command of English both in oral and written.
- Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place, with good strategic thinking capacity;
- Good presentation skills
