Position at GroupM Nexus Responsibilities of the role:1. 基础工作支持:如达人/项目数据统计、竞品分析及统筹工作表单填写;2. 日常执行工作跟进:如周报撰写、达人brief撰写,熟悉平台亮点和达人内容,跟进部分平台级项目执行工作;3. 客户日常对接:数据反馈、结案汇整汇报、项目进度汇报;4. 方案撰写:PPT美化支持,从内容端(基础数据整理、项目创意脑暴,内容方向推荐等)切入,后期可以独立完成部分模块撰写。What you'll need:1.工作经验:半年以上社交媒介广告实习经验或一年及以上社交媒介/互联网工作经验。对社交媒体有初步的认知,熟悉抖红达人者优先;2.办公能力:有办公软件使用操作基础,核心聚焦Excel(数据校对处理)及PPT(周报/结案撰写,排版美化需求);3.执行能力:细心踏实,对数据敏感性强,擅长完成基础数据核对整理及基本分析工作;4.工作自主性和抗压能力:工作积极主动,不局限于完成上级布置的工作任务,积极规划未来工作,有一定抗压能力。加分项:1.内容能力:互联网潮人,关注社交媒体热点事件及话题,及时跟进社交媒体内容热点趋势,提出更有新意且更可落地的创意方向,对方案撰写和日常工作赋能;2.学习能力:有主动学习的意识和定期复盘的能力,如对广告媒介专业知识,具备理解能力和思考能力,能运用到实际工作中,并可以举一反三;3.沟通能力:能够清晰调理的与内外部沟通,对模糊的需求有梳理能力,并能提出相应的解决方案,实现良性沟通。
