- Technical preparation: Acceptance of outsourced parts according to internal drawings, measurement and repair of parts through measuring tools and equipment, and timely report to relevant parties if any problem is found技术准备:根据内部图纸对外协零部件进行验收,通过量具、设备对零部件进行测量及修复,发现问题及时汇报给相关方
- 主轴装配:经过培训能独立完成机械装配、电气装配,并解决装配过程中遇到技术问题,认真填写工时、质量报告,已达到产品KPI要求
- After-sales service:answer customers' problems in the use process, visit the site to understand the use situation when necessary, make analysis reports according to the failure, and put forward suggestions for product or process improvement
售后服务:解答客户在使用过程中遇到问题,必要时到现场了解使用情况,根据故障制作分析报告,提出客户端或维修车间改善意见 - 机加工:
- 经培训熟练使用平蘑、内圆磨、车床、铣床、动平衡及等设备满足装配所需的零件加工任务
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plan to ensure normal operation of equipment
制定并执行设备维护保养计划,确保设备正常运行 - Update and improve existing equipment and accessories according to production requirements, and propose related procurement plans
根据生产需求更新改进现有设备及附件,提出相关采购计划 - Complete knowledge sharing, CIP, 3I and other technology sharing according to work content, and promote team capacity building
根据工作内容完成知识共享、CIP、3i等技术分享,推动团队能力建设 - Complete other tasks assigned by manager
完成经理交办的其它任务. - College degree or above, major in electrical engineering is preferred
专科及以上学历,机电专业优先 - At least 3 years working experience
3年以上工作经验 - Familiar with the assembly and after-sales service of electromechanical automation equipment
熟悉机电自动化设备组装、售后服务工作 - proficient in office365 as office software
熟练使用office365作为办公软件 - Good communication, execution and learning skills
良好的沟通、执行、学习能力 - Ability to read and write English
具备一定英文读写能力 - Proactive and able to work under pressure
