- Perform all activities and tasks in a culture of accountability and commitment to HSES excellence.
- Assist Maintenance & Engineering Department on daily administrative activities including but not limit:
- Mainly focus on mechanical equipment and corrosion issue management support.
- Maintenance & Engineering document control, data collection and analysis, and coordination with other departments.
- Provide administrative support to Maintenance & Engineering team, such as meetings, team activities arrangement, coordinate with other department based on needs.
- Learning and support:
- Equipment related RCFA (Root cause failure analysis) Support.
- Department's document control, including but not limit project document, special equipment document, etc.
- Support on temporary project tracking, such as paperless maintenance order and record system.
- Other temporary task assigned.
- Degree: undergraduate.
- Preferred majors: Metal material engineering (corrosion protection related), Process equipment and control engineering, Chemical machinery, or equivalent major.
- English skill: basic ability on reading and writing.
- Soft skills: good communication skill; Ability to manage multiple tasks.
