- 熟练操作数控机床(四轴或五轴加工中心),如DOOSAN-PUMA3100,NHP-6300等
- 能按图及作业指导书加工常规机械零部件,选用合适的刀具
- 根据操作的需要进行手工编程(法兰克,西门子系统等)
- 能按图纸及操作作业指导书进行零件自检,以及换型,会使用常规的量具,如千分尺;
- 设备日常保养维护(TPM)
- 现场5S管理
- 完成上级交代工作相关内容
- 高中或中专以上学历
- 3年以上数控操作经验
- 具备机械制图、互换性与测量技术相关理论基础;
- 基础的手工编程能力
- 数控刀具选用及切削参数的优化
- 具有数控操作等级中级优先考虑
- 接受三班倒,需要自行解决翻班的交通问题
