- Supplier development and management toward driving P&L growth.
- Identify business optimization opportunities and drive sourcing excellence leveraging industry knowledge, re-sourcing and cost benchmarking.
- Partner with Product Managers, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholder teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple categories and launch products globally.
- Identify process improvement areas and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate our Private Label business.
- Drive for continual improvement and innovation across our sourcing activities, including strategic vendor management, cost engineering, portfolio optimization, value optimization etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity for vendors and sourcing teams.
- Write professional business documents for business updates and driving strategic initiatives for stakeholders alignment.
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The Amazon Private Brands Global Sourcing team is looking for customer-obsessed driven individuals to lead vendor management for new product sourcing, and drive on-going business accelerated growth for our Private Label business.
The role will manage the global sourcing process from A to Z including vendor maintenance and P&L management, cost negotiation, product planning and vendor relations.
