- 确保设备利用率和可靠性 预防性维护和预见性维护。
- 参与制定新设备的维护计划。
- 参与TPM 的改进和OEE的推行。
- 参与设备的持续改善项目。
- 分析停机原因并提出改善措施。
- 协助制作并实施设备维护计划并且确保实施设备维护维修以支持生产、检测设备和动力设备的工作。
- 负责解决所有设备问题和日常的设备停机问题
- 协助主管制定和执行计划和预防性维修维护安排(计划维护维修、维护安排)并且执行。
- 执行整个设备的计划清理和5S以及协助主管培训操作者如何正确使用设备并进行日常维护维修
- 提出合理化建议和实施系统技术改进和现代化和效率提高。
- 设备故障解决并且协助主管对设备停工进行分析。
- 大专以上学历,电气或相关专业。
- 基本的英文听说读写能力
- 设备维护经验3年以上,具有外资企业3年以上工作背景
- 有FANUC机器人、积放链的喷涂线经验为佳
