- Owner of Molding process, including machine maintenance, repairing and process optimization.
- Molding process problem solving & trouble shooting.
- Owner of molding process KPI target. (UT, Failure rate, cost reduction) .
- Reach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets, by continuous improvement.
- Training for technicians or other colleagues.
- Support and conduct implementation of BPS.
- Implement all company policies and procedures & standard working process .
- Good experience for injection machine and other corollary equipment, especially for Arburg machine. (Motan material supply system).
- Define maintenance plan for molding process to prevent unexpected failures.
- Keep communication with Lead plant in Eruope and provide personal views and opinions for globel issues.
- Guarantee the required KPI performance meet target.
- Focuse on continuous downtime reduction, improvements on equipment OEE.
- Standard 100% Fulfillment in RBAC.
- Knowledge of or data analytic is preferred.
- Training of engineer and technicians upon requested by production management or according to trainings plan.
- Create work instruction, process data sheet, standardized work sheets for equipment and maintenance as well as other production or process related documents.
- BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP ...).
- Professional problem-solving method (PSS) for equipment/TPM problems.
- Arrange daily job to service tech, improve the work efficiency, competency, discipline.
- Share good work style and attitude to colleagues and influce them.
- Other tasks from supervisor.
- Holistic knowledge of molding process including plastic material, process, tooling and reliability.
