    Job Responsibilities and Tasks :


    • Develop close relationship with strategic customers.


    • Lead and participate to major commercial negotiations.


    • Organize the local sales organization to build up good relationship with customers.


    • The personal and professional development of the sales team is a central point of work. Make sure that recruiting, training and career planning are in line with the business development


    • Responsible for annual objectives set up and strategy definition, to make sure the objectives be fulfilled


    • Build up sales excellence by leading the local sales team to develop new market or new customers, develop and implement sales tools such as CRM, SWOT, Lost order analysis


    • Bridge the customer demand to technology innovation to improve the overall competition of KPR China


    • Demonstrate knowledge of KPR industry and related processes.


    • Demonstrate technical & commercial skill for project presentation and negotiation.


    • Lead the regular customer events such as new technical introduction, interaction etc.


    • Lead the local team to dig out the hot point of the market to adjust the sales strategy as aligned with global strategy


    • Control & balance sales expense and sales budget, supervise and control the expense of subordinates


    • Handle customer complaints properly and organize customer visits


    • Regular market dynamics analysis to support global strategy adjustment, assist new products development to follow market demands


    • Responsible for agent management, including contracts, due diligence and commission statement (in accordance with Andritz policies)


    • Manage receivables in co-operation with Sales/Project Managers


    • Follow sales business processes and update when necessary


    • Provide plans for marketing activities


    • Set sales pricing policy


    • Benchmark of market price for P&B components

    Requirements


    • College or Bachelor's degree in Pulp & Paper


    • MBA will be a plus


    • More than 15 years' experience in Paper Industry or Paper Mill


    • Process knowledge to define the scope for system supply and single machinery


    • Sales approach sensitivity


    • Be able to present the product (technique/technology) and to convince the customer of the product benefits


    • Leading of a local organization


    • At least 5 years of experience in sales related position


    • Commercial knowledge such as contract negotiation, risk analysis


    • Good English knowledge (written and spoken)


    • MS office products, Word, Excel, PPT


    • Willing to travel (approx. 75% of working time)


    • Precise working style, careful, effective
