- Drive global adoption of Rida's B2B online system among clients.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the production team for competitive market packages.
- Prepare and send well-presented proposals with quotations and itineraries.
- Implement a robust follow-up system for quoted requests.
- Ensure agent satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their requirements.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Adhere to management instructions and company policy.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
