    JD of CNC Operator

    Major Responsibilities of the Position主要岗位职责

    • Set up and operate CNC machines (Swiss lathe style) as needed.
    • Assist inspectors with part inspection and machine adjustments.
    • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally.
    • Clean, maintain and calibrate CNC machines.
    • Tool changing as needed.
    • Work in small parts dimensions and hold tight tolerances within quality requirement.
    • Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
    • Assist to train new CNC operators.
    • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
    • 调试设置和操作数控机床,加工所需零件。
    • 协助质检员进行零件检查和相应机床调整。
    • 对零件进行外观和尺寸检查。
    • 根据需求对工具进行更换。
    • 按要求清洁、维护保养CNC设备。
    • 校准数控机床。
    • 严格控制小型零件在质量要求的公差范围内。
    • 保证每天安全操作。
    • 协助培训CNC操作员。
    • 上级指派的其它任务。

    Qualifications资质要求

    • Technical secondary school/ college education background.
    • Minimum (three) 3 years of CNC relevant working experience.
    • Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes is a plus.
    • Previous medical or dental experience is a plus.
    • 中专院校/大专职业院校学历背景。
    • 有至少三年以上数控相关工作经验。
    • 有瑞士式数控车床经验者优先。
    • 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。

    Required Knowledge and Skills 知识及能力要求

    • Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.
    • Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
    • Attention to fine detail and high quality.
    • Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
    • Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred.
    • 了解程序和质量要求。
    • 良好的视力和手部灵活性。
    • 注重细节和高质量。
    • 良好的图纸阅读和精密测量技能。
    • 能够阅读工作相关的英文,能够英文沟通优先。
