- Provide recruiting logistics support in AP region, e.g. interview coordination, candidate communication, internal and external job posting management etc. to ensure an effective process and good candidate experience
- Maintain recruiting system and data, prepare related report and data analysis
- Provide support on specific hiring activities as appropriate
- Involved in hiring process and provide support on CV screening, candidate sourcing etc. as needed
- Participate in local or regional projects and provide project support as appropriate
- Provide support in social media management and other Talent Acquisition related areas
- University Degree or above (focus on Business Administration, HR or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferred recruitment-related experience, MNC and manufacturing business related experience will be a plus
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and influencing skills, solid hands-on experience
- Good learning attitude and ability, good people sense
- Good teamwork player
