- Responsible for full payroll processing including but not limited to system run, conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting. (40%)
- Process taxation, social security, and benefits administration. (10%)
- Handle inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team. (10%)
- Drive process continuous improvement. (10%)
- Support internal and external audits. (10%)
- Participating in projects and initiatives (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager. (10%)
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than 2 years of payroll experience, Korean payroll experience and SAP/ADP system user is preferred.
- Good command of written and oral Korean, English skill is preferred.
- Good Microsoft skills especially mastery of Excel.
- Strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Confidentiality,reliability, and motivation.
