    Job Description

    KPI and material field strategy:


    •Implement material field strategy for assigned sub-material fields and support on KPI fulfilment

    Customer management:


    •Early involve in internal customer demands and proper manage of customer relationship

    Sourcing & supplier management:


    •Conduct tenders according to purchasing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and implementation), and utilize system and tools to maximize automation and transparency


    •Act as mentor to assigned suppliers, manage suppliers' lifecycle in Bosch purchasing system (pre-qualification, release, regular monitoring, elimination etc.)

    Data management:


    •Manage data to ensure accuracy and audit-proof; consolidate and analyse purchasing data for the team and support to generate insights for further material field strategy development

    Qualifications

  • 3 year experience in purchasing (preferred in indirect) with BA/BS
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English including strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong data analytics, project management and negotiation skill
  • Quick adapt to new process, guidelines, system and tools and challenging environment
  • Good service mindset and attitude
  • Teamwork and collaboration, and ability to work independently and support overall category strategy and business
