    职位目标 :

    依据公司政策及零售策略,负责所辖客户零售市场的开发、维护与管理,管理所辖区域内客户销售策略的有效执行。保证客户货源的正常供应和良性的市场销售状况,持续提高改善产品在客户的市场呈现与影响,与权重连锁客户建立起长期的战略合作伙伴关系。完成公司既定的各项业务目标。

    主要工作职责 :

    负责所辖连锁客户的开发、维护与管理。包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈。 按照公司总体重点零售策略,制定及贯彻实施连锁客户的销售策略,有效管理区域内的连锁客户,建立连锁客户的忠诚度。包括:年度协议规划与谈判;促销活动的制定与执行;服务能力的监控与管理;与客户决策层保持良好的沟通、人员的培训与管理;向区域内客户提供优质的售后服务;数据收集与分析。 维护零售客户良好的客户关系,建立客户挡案。管理所辖区域客户的收益率,包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等。准确了解区域零售客户策略性需求、人员组织架构、ROI、费用控制、促销评估、各公司在零售客户的销售份额。定期与重点客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。 制定客户短期与中期的各产品生意预测,与商业团队密切配合,确保产品供应的满足,并及时沟通及反馈产品供应问题,分析生意预测偏差的原因并做出针对性的调整方案,提高生意掌控能力。 跟进管理客户进、销、存数据,定期监控数据匹配度,确保客户生意的良性运转,并从中分析挖掘市场机会,形成跟进行动方案。 与终端执行团队保持密切沟通,确保各项计划在所辖客户终端市场的实施,包括产品渗透、 价值链、陈列、新品铺货、培训、问题解决等。 与市场部及渠道行销团队密切配合,制定重点客户营销活动方案,制定年度客户计划、销售及促销策略和月度促销时间表。制定、准备和管理零售渠道的POSM和相关销售物料,拜访客户终端门店,监督客户销售活动的执行。
