- Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
- Ensure PGSB execution.

- Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
- Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
- Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
- To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated track record of success
- 6-8 years front-line sales experience
- Project management: integrate and run multiple projects
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Excellent computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
- Project management : manage and motivate personnel to complete projects –
- Professional Selling skills
- P&L responsibility preferred
- Large team responsibility preferred
- Distributor management experience preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Negotiation/problem solving skills
- Strong analytical/time management skills
