- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objects and requirements, and translate them into visually stunning designs.
- Develop conceptual sketches, wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Create high-quality visual assets including icons, illustrations, infographics and other graphical elements for digital and print materials.
- Participate in production of business dynamic presentation. Production forms include but are not limited to interactive prototypes (Axure), After Effects animation, PPT presentations.
- Participate in production of business marketing video, demonstration animation and 3D animation. Create animation to enhance visualization in website design or dynamic presentation
- Ensure consistency in design aesthetics and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into software applications and user interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design,3D design, UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Axure, PowerPoint, Redgiant etc.
- Excellent aesthetic ability, good at research and analysis, great interest and unique insights in visual and dynamic effects
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, preferably with a global design team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices is a plus.
- Strong learning ability, interested in the combination of technology and design and desire to explore.

- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Cinema 4D etc.)
