职责描述 1、制定智家全域客服体系培训工作整体发展规划、政策、制度等,并组织各培训师进行具体实施;2、组织管理讲师团队,配合完成讲师团队建设,完成讲师选拔、培养等工作;
3、配合培训部门落实线上平台的建设与维护工作,负责培训工作的数字化管理;
4、针对业务需求和项目需求进行课程开发:制定课程开发计划、深入业务,收集问题、方法和经验,完成专业课程、通用课程及发展类课程开发;
5、主导各培训项目的组织实施,包括前期准备、过程管理监督、培训效果评估和培训流程优化,对培训工作的实施完成有良好的评估能力,并能总结和分析;
6、各大活动节点站点布设、活动对接、站点走访、站点激励、员工面谈等;
7、负责搭建质量管控体系,建设质量管理循环机制,推荐质量策略实施落地
8、负责构建所属业务的指标体系,建立和完善日常业务报告体系能够及时准确完整的呈现业务整体以及各项目的运作状况,为产业和项目提供决策支持; 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历,2年以上客服运营管理工作经验;
2、较强的跨团队、跨部门的项目资源整合能力,能够独立开展项目;
3、具备较强的逻辑思维、流程梳理和总结表达能力;
4、、熟练使用办公软件,具备运营管理能力,目标导向,擅长数据分析;
5、思维灵活,沟通理解能力强,逻辑清晰,执行能力强 工作地点
