- Manage monthly payroll for FTE and temps, and provide necessary accruals to Finance.
- Manage attendance system, check leave records and monthly reporting.
- Manage HRIS systems for China and HK organization.
- Prepare SAFE documents for ESPP and stock excises and ensure on time and accurate payment.
- Manage on-boarding and exit processes.
- Manage probation review and contract renewal.
- Manage other employee requirement such as visa, Hu Kou and certificate matters.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good written and oral language (English) ability.
- Dedicated to work: result-oriented; passionate and with learning ability
- Knowledge in local labor law.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related
