- Supporting the Tender Manager on financial aspects
- Driving revenues and project cash flow and seeks for optimization
- Being responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast. Oversees Currency risk project cash flow
- Being responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast
- Providing input to Project Manager in opportunity/risk identification
- Supporting Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews
- Providing input to the Project Manager on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases
- Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to: corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial area or business administration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management/control or process optimization related work
- Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of business process practices
- Strong business process consultancy skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization
- Strong English listening and speaking ability

As a Project Finance Analyst for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for preparing project invoices, financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting).
