•管理采购过程的日常运作;
•管理和审查所辖区域所有物资、设备和服务的采购文件,确保符合采购政策和程序手册;
•制定投标标准并编制采购文件,公开招标和采购和/或租赁材料和服务的合同;
•根据内部政策和外部本地监管流程进行和管理建议书、报价和投标的评估流程,同时根据招标要求选择最佳供应商;
•确保供应商按照商定的价格、时间、数量和质量标准交付材料和服务;
•确保所有发票都经过审计,符合合同条款,并监督合同收尾;
•负责确保保存记录,并记录采购从发起到完成的过程;
•与公司关键用户保持沟通,确定其产品和服务需求;
•追踪业务趋势和产品可用性,在不牺牲质量或交付时间的情况下为公司商品和服务支付最佳价格;
•维护与供应商的关系,为公司谈判获得最佳价格;
•识别和研究潜在的新供应商;
•研究新产品和服务以实现公司目标;
•评估公司采购的总成本
Requisitos:
为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质• 相关工作领域学位
• 至少3~5年相似岗位工作经验
• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
