- Coordinate global teams in China, Germany, Mexico, Japan and India.
- Coordinate cross functions in RBCC for platform project management.
- Lead project members to achieve quality, cost and time targets, with following Bosch process and rules.
- Report project status to EU and CN management.
- Lead platform cost down projects.
- Support technical discussion and tracking with lead design.
- Support PRM for market survey and benchmark.
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years working experience in automotive or mechanical filed
- Good project management skill
- Experienced in MS office software
- Good in English both written and read
