- Ensure effective troubleshooting to resume normal operation ASAP and within SLA.
- Perform quality service covering service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management, CIP, IT compliance, emergency concept, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Roll-out central projects for in charge SAP modules (includes upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of processes in responsible areas, data migration, perform integration test, user acceptance test, documentation, user training, etc.)
- Ensure quality project deliveries, progress against schedule and within resource allocation (time, budget, capacity, etc),
- Adapt DRIVE project methods for S/4 deployment, Set-up and run DRIVE CO activities based on the S/4 standard project plan templates with Fast4ward Dashboards, implement step changes and adapt the timeline. and secure Go-live of S/4 project
- Continuously review operation, SAP process health-check for assigned plants, closely partner with stakeholders for improvement opportunities (cost reduction, efficiency, automation etc.)
- Develop and implement CIP solutions for standardization & optimization
- Validate and support PIA (Process Improvement Activities)
- Training: Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users, key users, proxy or at assigments to enable services, secure operation, sustain/ improve service quality
- Learning: knows BBM standard processes (PID) and details of functionalities, able to understand business requirements and identify deviations; continuously develop knowledge on responsible areas or where organization has demand to perform effective services; Build-up the S/4 knowledge in order to perform as CO deploy member.
- Bachelor's degree or above in the field of Information Management and Information System, Management Science, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant majors
- At least 5 years' experience in SAP financial or controlling modules; Better to have full-cycle SAP mplementation or roll-out projects experience, global projects and S/4 HANA experience are preferred,
- Experience in manufacturing industry, automobile relevant is preferred
- Customer oriented mindset, proactive and creative individuals to execute project work-streams successfully
- No silo thinking, must have end-to-end process view
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Willing to travel 50%
