    ABOUT THIS JOB

    Retail Measurement Services is a syndicated service to track the movement of consumer goods from manufacturer to the consumer through the retail trade, in which clients would be able to track sales, distribution and marketing factors for markets and brands over time. This role is to lead Client Engagement and One Nielsen Business growth independently; Coach and develop team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Maintain and Develop relationship with current clients with a plan to cross sell and introduce new services

    ● In-depth client engagement by insightful and actionable business advice

    ● Ensure maximum client satisfaction through high level of client service standards in line with client expectations

    ● Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned by continuous monitoring of actual vs budgeted performance, budget restrictions and proper pricing

    ● Based on Nielsen's iconic Retail Tracking service, collaborate with cross practice teams to provide total solution to client business issues by developing strategic initiatives for each client

    ● Bring in product marketing and brand marketing expertise and train up the team with a wider view sight on business planning, product portfolio management and any other the angles from client perspective

    ● Understand and evaluate client priorities, complete a/c plan and conduct review of a/c to track progress

    ● Pipeline management, Billing & Invoicing, Cash Collection

    As a Client Engagement role, you will empower and enable the team to collaborate successfully with Practices, work with internally client delivery team and external clients to grow business. Challenges self and team to build high-performing teams and imports/exports talent considering the best interests of the business and the development goals of individuals. Uses coaching, mentoring and sponsorship to drive associate career growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ● Over 3 years research or marketing experience in leading Market Research/FMCG/Retailing companies with strong analytical, problem solving and excellent communication skills

    ● Strong interpersonal skills, client focus, proactive to engage client, excellent client service skill with a consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution propose based on data and data analysis

    ● Strong commercial sense with in-depth understanding of branding, product & trade marketing strategy. In-depth understanding of at least 2 major FMCG categories is preferred

    ● Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well with a diverse customer base and various internal teams
