- Day-to-day transport coordination between DC In- and Outbound departments and contracted carriers Truck bookings, arrival and departure timing, increase/decrease of ordered trucks and swap body pool management
- Address accumulated operational issues, Support the business through smooth running delivery operations
- Proactive in- and outbound transport planning with DC in- and outbound departments and carriers.
- Arranging, sending and collecting all RFP documents, Responsible for all operational Appendixes and the implementation throughout DC and Transport Operations
- Ensure that regional transport standards are implemented
- Monitoring and acting on inbound and outbound transport KPI deviations
- Managing CERES and CO2 reporting from all contracted partners
- Execute Sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability Strategy and targets
- Set the report structure and visual framework together with
- Collecting and computing data in the budget process
- Deep expertise in operational transport processes to serve online and stores
- Strong understanding of business needs from sales side for online and stores
- Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in regional transport operations to serve brand needs
