• Day-to-day transport coordination between DC In- and Outbound departments and contracted carriers Truck bookings, arrival and departure timing, increase/decrease of ordered trucks and swap body pool management
• Address accumulated operational issues, Support the business through smooth running delivery operations
• Proactive in- and outbound transport planning with DC in- and outbound departments and carriers.
• Arranging, sending and collecting all RFP documents, Responsible for all operational Appendixes and the implementation throughout DC and Transport Operations
• Ensure that regional transport standards are implemented
• Monitoring and acting on inbound and outbound transport KPI deviations
• Managing CERES and CO2 reporting from all contracted partners
• Execute Sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability Strategy and targets
• Set the report structure and visual framework together with T.O.M
• Collecting and computing data in the budget process

To be successful in the role we believe you have:

• Deep expertise in operational transport processes to serve online and stores
• Strong understanding of business needs from sales side for online and stores
• Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in regional transport operations to serve brand needs
