Job summary
This role will focus on developing implementing and maintaining robust data security frameworks policies and controls to protect sensitive information.Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive data security policies standards procedures aligned with industry best practices regulatory requirements e.g NFRA PBOC banking internal policies li Develop lead or assist in establishment enforcement of data governance frameworks including roles responsibilities for data stewards owners compliance officers li Collaborate with crossfunctional teams Compliance RMG Tech BUSU COO to ensure data governance aligns business needs regulatory obligations li Conduct regular datasecurity risk assessments identify control gaps bank systems processes li Design implement evaluate monitor verify datasecurity controls manage identified risks ensuring documented sustainable compliance li Define document business process responsibilities ownership controls within governance tools l Improve banks security posture process improvement policy enhancements automation Champion continuous improvement knowledge sharing within datasecurity domain provide guidance training employees best practices ul
