- Investigation into mechanical issues and root cause analysis
- Responsible for technical proposal preparation, tools design, dissembling, assembling procedures
- Participate in machining process making
- Organize internal and external technical meetings and be responsible for design coordination
- Generator site work including brazing, winding, laminating, corona erosion repairing, site pole repairing etc
- Other tasks assigned by the company
- Site work if required

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- Above 10 years of desigining experience in hydropower turbine machines
- Good understanding of machining process
- Site experience is required
- Hydraulic layout experience is a plus
- Willingness and ability to do root cause analysis on mechanical problems along with creativity in solutions.
- Willing to travel frequently
- Excellent in communication and coordination
- Good at speaking and written English

- 需要有现场经验
- 有液压布局经验者优先
