- Bachelor degree or above majored in SHE fields or related Engineering Management fields.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
- 良好的人际关系,较强的中英文演讲以及口头/书面的沟通技巧,与内外部业务伙伴进行有效沟通的能力。
- Good command of MS office software application.
- 熟练应用微软办公软件。
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- 自主工作和团队合作。
- 3+ years working experiences in MNC (preferred in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry).
- 3年及以上外企工作经验(医疗/制药行业为佳)。
- 1+ year experiences in SHE management.

The Position

Initiate and implement the company policies and regulations on safety & security, health and environmental protection under line manager's instruction.

Work with SHE team to coordinate with stakeholders on occupational hygiene and health, risk analysis, accident/incident reporting, statistics safety, security of product transportation, safety of returned goods' disposal, contractor and external supplier management and energy saving.
