Job Summary
Responsible for efficiently coordinating and supporting all Merchandise Operations enhancement projects and concessionaires management, including but not limited to: Documentation preparation, Meeting and Events coordination, and other duties in need. Follow up and advance the projects schedule, liaise with other internal and external teams.
Major Responsibilities
Collaborate with concessionaire to provide operational support and assist in coordinating work with related departments.
Support Special Project liaising with Visual Merchandise and Retail Operations team to prepare any documentations and seek approvals for enhancement works.
Support the team to seek approvals from creative and liaise with TS team on any M&E requirements to support the special projects.
Follow through on the Special Projects progress and coordinate with relevant departments where necessary.
After proper training and practice, can use and master all relevant UBR systems, like Finance system(PMP etc.), Contract process system, etc.
Support the team with other assigned duties.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR MB policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, training and project contract.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to speak appropriately at all levels of the organization.
Good planning and coordination skills and prefer to able speak and write English.
1-3 Years of work experience within the professional entertainment or theme park industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to demonstrate ability to type and proficiency with MS Office programs.
You must have necessary proof of identity; work permits and necessary qualifications/certificates (including but not limited to the Health Certificate for Beijing Public Health Jobholders).
Education
Bachelor's degree required,preferably in business or in Retail Management preferred or relevant retail experience.
