- Answer Forum digital tool (Toplink, Strategic Intelligence) related operational enquiries, non-email based (Phone, WeChat etc.)
- Answer event logistics related enquiries, including information search, clarification and confirmation.
- Support for presentation materials, meeting notes
- Support for speaker outreach/ rehearsal logistics
- Support for ad hoc logistics related enquiries and requests on site
- Coordinate meeting arrangements
- Collect market intelligence for certain sector/company
- Support meeting preparation, mainly non standardized written materials.

The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.
The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
You will work closely with respective teams at the World Economic Forum Beijing Office to support the preparations for the Annual Meeting of the New Champions (AMNC), that is held in June 25-27 in the city of Dalian this year.
Internship Duration
1 April – mid of July; 4-5 days/week onsite at the Forum office in Beijing
Requirements
The Internship role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) and is usually undertaken during the penultimate year of study. While your major is not important, we are looking for candidates with an outstanding record of academic achievement, a can-do attitude and a desire to make an impact.
What to Expect
Throughout the internship, you will have the unique opportunity to:
The intern will join the office for a three-month period during the spring of 2024. You will work four to five days a week and receive a RMB 7,500 monthly stipend if working on full- time.
Business Engagement
China Business Engagement Group develops and maintains business members and partners headquartered in Greater China and ensures their successful engagement in Forum initiatives, projects and events across industry.
