- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering / computer science or equivalent
- Over years of experience in software/firmware development with a Bachelor's degree or years with a Master's degree
- Good at C/C++ programming
- Strong at one of following fields: OS(vxworks/Linux/uItron)/BSP/Driver/C/C++ lauguage
- Hardware experience will be a plus
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work under pressure with good team spirit
- Able to travel for customer support.
